To be eligible, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition and packaging

• Be accompanied by the original invoice at the time of pickup

Once a product has been used, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

We accept returns/exchanges only in the following unlikely scenarios:

• You received a damaged or incorrect item

• The product was not sealed properly at the time of delivery

• The product was expired at the time of delivery

If your return request is accepted:

• We’ll schedule a pickup from your delivery address

• You'll be notified of the expected pickup date

• For exchanges, the replacement product will be delivered within 3–5 working days after pickup

• Order cancellations are accepted only before dispatch.

• If approved, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

• Chamunda Mithai Mart reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
